The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
- Design and propose solutions that meet client needs, utilizing iTMethods' portfolio of services and tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during sales engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solution's value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of iTMethods services.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, AI/ML tools, and infrastructure management to recommend innovative solutions.
- Statement of Work (SOW) and Proposal Change Request (PCR) creation and ownership collaborating with our consulting and engineering SMEs.
- Participate in responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal documents.
- Provide feedback to product and service development teams based on client interactions and market trends.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales/solutions architect role within the technology sector, preferably with a focus on Cloud, DevOps and AI/ML tools and services.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development practices, DevOps methodologies, and current AI/ML technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and closing deals in a technical sales environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, consulting, and engineering.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- While this position is remote, candidates are required to be based in the GTHA.
