Role Summary:

As the Practice Lead for Palantir solutions at iTmethods, you will spearhead the strategic adoption and implementation of Palantir solutions across two critical pillars:

1/ Secure, Compliant Deployments:
  • Lead the deployment and management of the Palantir platform as a secure, compliant foundation for iTmethods’ managed platforms, including DevOps, AI/ML, and Cloud solutions. This role ensures scalable, enterprise-grade deployments that meet stringent regulatory standards, positioning Palantir as a trusted backbone for client success in today’s complex digital landscape.
  • With over 20 years of managed services experience and 12+ years of expertise in cloud-native, enterprise DevOps, iTmethods offers all Palantir customers flexible single-tenant deployment options—such as fully managed or co-managed solutions—tailored to their specific needs. Backed by SOC 2 Type 2 and AWS Managed Services certifications, we deliver secure, compliant operations, establishing iTmethods as a trusted third-party solution for Palantir deployments worldwide.
2/ Palantir-Powered Software Delivery Accelerator:
  • Unified SDLC Platform: Utilize Palantir Foundry to connect tools like Jira, Git, and build systems, creating a centralized view of components, workflows, commits, pull requests, and deployments. This integration tracks progress across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), manages code progression across environments, and reduces inefficiencies by unifying disparate tools.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Harness Palantir AIP’s predictive capabilities to analyze trends and optimize development processes. This includes anticipating workflow bottlenecks, forecasting pull request approvals, predicting build and deployment success rates, and identifying code churn patterns—all enhancing decision-making and productivity.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure software delivery meets regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) through iTmethods’ expertise and Palantir’s capabilities. This involves overseeing compliance in workflows, code changes, builds, and deployments, managing security protocols, and supporting audits for regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution Execute our Palantir practice strategy that integrates with iTmethods’ managed platforms, ensuring secure, compliant deployments while establishing iTmethods as the go-to provider for secure Palantir deployments and management; and leader for software delivery transformation.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and lead sales efforts for Palantir services, delivering secure, efficient, and compliant solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Palantir experts, ensuring proficiency in secure deployment and operations practices and software delivery optimization.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets using Palantir technologies.
  • Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Palantir Foundry and AIP, applying updates to unify DevOps ecosystems, cut costs, and enhance competitiveness.
  • Customer Guidance: Advise clients on using Palantir as an intelligent backbone, leveraging iTmethods’ integration expertise to accelerate delivery and empower developers with AI/ML-driven insights.
  • Unified SDLC Platform: Implement and optimize oour SDLC solutions by leveraging Palantir Foundry to integrate tools like Jira and Git, providing a centralized view to track progress and minimize delays.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Harness Palantir AIP to predict project risks (e.g., missed deadlines) and recommend actionable solutions, improving productivity and decision-making.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure deployments and SDLC solutions meet regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), leveraging iTmethods’ expertise to oversee security, audits, and compliance for regulated industries.

Required:

  • ​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in consulting and 3+ years with Palantir platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive software delivery transformations.
  • Familiarity with iTmethods’ platforms or ability to quickly adapt.
  • Palantir certifications (or willingness to quickly obtain).
  • Expertise in secure, compliant deployments in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience integrating Palantir with DevOps tools and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Preferred:​​​​​​

  • Experience in financial, healthcare, or government sectors.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Expertise integrating Palantir with DevOps tools or in regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success in solving enterprise software challenges like tool sprawl and inefficiency.
